This Site is provided to describe Blackline Systems’ AI receptionist, messaging automation, and review-management services, and to let prospective clients request a consultation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Pricing Is Not a Checkout
Pricing shown on this Site is for reference only. Services are not sold through automated checkout — every account is configured individually following a consultation call. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to sell services; an actual engagement is governed by a separate service agreement between Blackline Systems and the client.
Compliance With Communications Laws
Clients who engage Blackline Systems’ AI voice, SMS, or email automation are solely responsible for obtaining all consents required from their own customers, and for complying with applicable law governing automated calls, texts, and emails — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-level equivalents. Blackline Systems provides the technology; clients are responsible for how it is used with their own contacts.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Blackline Systems name and mark — belongs to Blackline Systems and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
No Warranty
This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackline Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
